BALTIMORE (WJZ) — More than 100 military children came out to learn from one of football’s greatest as Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Steve Smith Sr. hosted a football camp at Fort Meade.
At least 150 children, grades first through eighth, from the community took part in the two-day camp at the Fort Meade Cougars football field. Smith spoke to the kids about the importance of staying active and living a healthy lifestyle, but there was plenty of fun and joking around too.

One of the kids struck back with a minor dig directed at Smith and the Ravens.
The group did a “Go Ravens!” cheer, and one kid told Smith, “Go Patriots!”
